** Disk Space - the included 250 MB of disk space is typically plenty for most small to medium size business web sites and leaves room to expand. In the case that you require additional disk space, it is available at an additional $5^*/month per additional 250 MB or part thereof.

** Bandwidth Transfer - the included 1 GB of bandwidth transfer is typically plenty for most small to medium size business web sites and email and leaves room for bursts of activity. In the case that you require additional bandwidth, it is available at an additional $10^*/month per 1 GB or part thereof. Note that the bandwidth transfer allotment includes email transfer for your email addresses, any marketing emails/newsletters you send, as well as the bandwidth for your web site..

Email Addresses - each email address is setup with a 20 limit on the server by default. The limit can be adjusted as required (contact us via email to request this). Note that email storage on the server applies to your maximum "Disk Space" (see above) and that email transfers (sending/receiving email) apply to your "Bandwidth Transfer" (see above). Additional email addresses are available at an additional $1^*/month each. There is no setup fee for these.


Other - if you need to temporarily suspend your website for any reason you may notify us of this and we will leave the site on the system for up to 6 months after which time it will be permanently deleted if we don't hear otherwise from you. The cost to re-instate the site at any time during the six months is $50^* plus the next billing term's licensing and hosting fee. You can only suspend your site at the end of a paid billing term.

Buildawebsitenight Websites does not refund nor apply credit to any account for any reason unless previously agreed to by us in writing.


* All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For Australian residents the Australian Government's 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will not be added to costs at this time.
