We suggest that you visit all the Sections in the links above, as well as the F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions) section, in case you did not find what you were looking for.
To check out our large database of questions and answers, you can access the Help Centre of your Hosting Control Panel. Please:
- Read these instructions first.
- Login to your Hosting Control Panel [you'll find the login area at the bottom of this page].
- Log in using your username and password (which you have already received when you signed up for our services)
- Having successfully logged into the Control Panel, mouse over the Support link in the top left corner of the navigation menu. A drop-down menu will be displayed with the following options: Help Center, View Open Tickets, View Closed Tickets and Video Tutorials. Click on the Help Center

HELP CENTER
- A page with a search box and a list of topics is displayed.

You can now do one of the following:- enter a keyword and press the Search Now button to search our database for a solution to your problem.

- click on the Request Help link. The Request Help link gives you the opportunity to open a Ticket through our support Ticketing System.

- go to the next step.
- enter a keyword and press the Search Now button to search our database for a solution to your problem.
- Click on the topic which sounds closest to your problem. A page listing possible answers opens.

- Click on the link which best describes your question to see the answer.
- If you did not find your question in the list or did not find the answer to the question helpful enough, please do one of the following:
- click on the Request Help link placed below each answer.

- mouse over the Support link in the top left corner of the navigation menu and in the drop-down menu click on the Video Tutorials link.
- click on the Request Help link placed below each answer.
- When you've finished, simply click the LOGOUT link in the top right corner of the screen.
